Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
To be eligible for a refund you need to:
- Contact us first at email@example.com with your order number detail.
- Attach a clean picture of the misprinted/damaged/defective item in its entirety.
- Attach a clean picture of the detail misprinted/damaged/defective part.
We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges.
Return costs are at customer expense.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your email with the return request is evaluated we will either ask you to return the item with the address of delivery or reject it.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (depending on your provider).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
To return your product, you should first contact us at email@example.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
